Nonlinear Seismic Assessment of
Unreinforced Masonry Buildings using 3Muri
This course provides the theoretical and practical foundations for the nonlinear seismic assessment of unreinforced masonry buildings. Using the software 3Muri, participants will learn how to model masonry structures, perform nonlinear analyses, and evaluate their seismic safety.
A practice-oriented case study illustrates the seismic assessment process, from model development to the interpretation of the results and the development of potential retrofit strategies.
